Chris De Noose is the Managing Director of the World Savings and Retail Banking Institute and the European Savings and Retail Banking Group. In addition, he is a Member of the European Banking Industry Committee (EBIC), Member of the Board of the Hochschule der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, Member of the European Payments Council, Member of the Board of Child and Youth Finance International, former Member of the Banking Stakeholder Group of European Banking Authority and Secretary General of the Mediterranean Confederation. Furthermore, he is also a Member of the Kuratorium of the Foundation for International Co-operation of the German Savings Banks and he is Chairman of the Executive Committee of WSBI Advisory Services.
Vincent Hui is General Manager & Head of Personal Banking Division at The Bank of East Asia. He is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s personal banking businesses in Hong Kong, including credit card, consumer finance, mortgage loans, branch distribution & services, channel management & operations and marketing. He holds a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong and a Certified Banker from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. Vincent has extensive experience in retail banking, marketing, operation & administration, project development & technological application. He has led the internal development of many innovative products and services, including the bank’s award-winning digital branch implementation with paperless i-devices.

Glenn Brouwer is Director of Watson Financial Services Solutions at IBM based out of Amsterdam, and is responsible for Revenue, Profit & Loss and Go-To-Market of Watson FS Solutions. He has deep expertise in Cognitive strategy and transformation and actively worked with clients to adopt AI, define their transformation and growth strategy using AI, and identify sources of competitive advantage by leveraging AI that drive sustainable business value. Prior to this role, Mr Brouwer was responsible for leading global sales efforts and was Director of Enterprise & Industry for IBM Software Europe. Prior to this role Mr Brouwer successfully built and led a brand new Software division, called Industry Solutions, within South West Europe. He is a graduate of the Hogeschool Utrecht (Institute of Technology), where he received a Bachelor of Technical Business Administration. He also holds a MBA from Henley College for Business Transformation and Strategic Direction.

Chris Scheuermann has headed the Partnerships team at Figo since August 2016. He studied business law and holds a MBA degree from University of Texas Pan American. Mr Scheuermann was previously responsible for new partnerships at PayPal in Berlin. Before that, he held a position as Director of Business Development at NumberFour AG, and was in charge of the Central Banks business in Europe at Software AG, based in Darmstadt. He started his career in payment and banking in the late 1990s at the savings banks company Star Finanz in Hamburg, where he lead the Account Management team.

Mr Knapp is the Interim Chairman of LQID, a UK-based “people powered digital bank”, and also the Chairman of Scale360, a FinTech company that provides LQID’s Digital Banking platform and other technology solutions for the banking sector. Prior to this, Mr Knapp managed substantial consulting practices for Accenture, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services. He has also worked as a commercial banker in London, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg & Indonesia managing retail, commercial and wholesale banking operations. His area of expertise includes digital banking strategy, technology transformation and legacy bank renewal. In his consulting career, he led the transformation of commercial & central banks, and nationwide banking system restructuring initiatives for supranational organisations. He has led noteworthy performance improvement and financial sector restructuring programs for emerging economies in Asia, the financial sector restructuring program for the State Bank of Vietnam (Central Bank) and the set-up and operations of the Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC).
Marten Nelson is co-founder and VP of Marketing at Token, a Silicon Valley based technology company, focused on building a global open banking platform that addresses PSD2 and helps bank generate new revenues. Marten is a technology entrepreneur/executive who has been getting things done in startups and Fortune 100 software companies for over 20 years. His experience spans Product Development, Business Strategy, Business Development and Marketing. Token is his third company to found. Abaca, a leading email security company was sold to Proofpoint and the edtech LearnCentral was sold to Blackboard.

Samanta is the Country Manager Spain at FinReach, a FinTech company helping banks in the digitalization of their business and customers interactions through SaaS solutions. She has a passion for innovation and leadership and has spent the last 7 years working in diverse projects helping companies of all sizes to adopt new digital strategies and adjust to ever-demanding customers and employees. Fascinated by the many intricacies of the financial industry, she has recently taken up the challenge to ensure successful implementation of FinReach’s financial SaaS in Spain. She is currently coordinating the design and execution of operational, technological, regulatory and commercial aspects of the Spanish internationalization project. FinReach already works with +500 banks in Austria and Germany through its switch kits and omnichannel solutions.
