Furthermore he acts as Chairman of both the Legal & Retail Committee of the European Savings and Retail Banking Group (ESBG) and the Legal Committee at the Luxembourg Banking Association (ABBL). Mr. Delhaye is also acting as the Chairman of the Luxembourg Deposit Guarantee Scheme “Association pour la Garantie des Dépôts” (AGDL), which is operating the deposit guarantee and the investor compensation schemes in Luxembourg. In that capacity, he was elected as a Board member with the “European Forum of Deposit Insurers” (EFDI). Mr. Delhaye directed the development of new legal policies and procedures both in financial regulation and retail banking.
