Job description:

 

The future Assistant will support the work of the Advisers and the Head of the Regulatory Affairs Department. This department is mainly in charge of the interest representation vis à vis European decision-makers as well as exchanges with other stakeholders. The tasks will include:

  • Some content-related work, such as publishing documents through the communication channels with WSBI-ESBG members, helping draft news items and meeting summaries, proofreading background notes (including editing and formatting), helping draft PowerPoint presentations and doing some research.
  • The job also includes some administrative and organisational tasks, such as setting up face-to-face and virtual meetings (mainly via Teams and WebEx), organising business trips, and some simple database management;
  • Additional/Other tasks may be assigned as needed;

​Profile: 

  • Profound organisational skills, high reliability, and a “customer service" attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Fluency in English (ideally, native speaker level); other EU languages are an asset;
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Former jobs in financial institutions are an asset.
